We currently deliver to the UK only
When will I get my order?
Drop items are made in advance, so they're ready to ship as soon as you order. Custom orders are made especially for you and take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.
How long does shipping take?
UK orders can be expected to be 3-5 working days once your order has been shipped.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any items are faulty, please contact us at coveclubuk@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery, including photos of the fault, and we'll sort it out for you.
Washing Instructions
- Hand wash cold
- Lay flat to dry - do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly onto the crochet
- Store away from direct sunlight to help keep colours vibrant
Custom Orders
Want something bespoke, a different colourway, size, or a completely custom design? Email us at coveclubuk@gmail.com with your idea. Custom orders take up to 2 weeks to make before dispatch, plus standard shipping time on top.
